Design: CreatiFEST 2014 Design

Its my first time joined my college event as a graphic designer. Quite difficult to finish this work because only a month preparation and only 2 person working on the entire design, include myself as the coordinator.

Just a slice info about CreatiFEST is an annual event of S1 Prasetiya Mulya School of Business & Economics and divided into 2 event, CreatiFEST as the main event of business ideas exhibition and Awarding Night to appreciate the winners of those business ideas.

Then I will post some of my design works for CreatiFEST 2014.

It was the first design. Took quite long time until get approved by the CEO, because he is also a graphic designer and this very first design determine for whole design concept.

Inspired by NYC Poster I saw on Pinterest. And why did I choose the light green color?

When I just started these design, I was on hyper excitement for Hatsune Miku Expo in Indonesia. lol

I wish to put her tosca color, but my stupid laptop gave me wrong color result. :(

I love the CHEERS logo ~

I want to bring up the theme 'CHEERS' to be cheering up everyone, thats why I choose to use colorful font colors there. Did I make it?

It was a hot weather day at the zoo. But why I didnt take picture of animal instead of the scenery? lol Im not sorry for that.

Im trying to catch the tone of sunset burst out from the curtain but failed. God's painting is the greatest and humans can't take it. I kept capture it then turn it to monochrome. :D

Today is Monday and the sky is clearly blue. So I took some pictures (well not only the sky) around me.

Bad resolution since I need to zoom it in. :(

Rarely got the chance to capture the mountain, only able to when its completely clear sky, kind of force to take it.

I'd always love stairs, different angle gave different beauty.

Quite unsatisfied with this photo. I wish I can fly, so I can take it in better angle. Haha

I believe that God is the greatest artist ever. Without Him, none of these beauty could be exist.

I took these photos at my school, except the last one is on my way back home. I start the day with beautiful sky and end the day with beautiful sky too. Im not satisfied enough to capture those God's pieces of art, I will capture and share more so you would see those beauty.

Design: Early Black Day

Hi there!

Its been a while I haven't make any progress in design. Currently busy with assignments. :(

This early of month's work for HetaCafé again. :)

I don't know why its black themed and just realized after that seems to be Black Day.

You know there is Valentine on February 14th, then White Day on March 14th, and Black Day on April 14th for those had no boy/girlfriend. Haha

To make it looks suit better, I edited the logo a bit.

Drawing: Let It Go.

Its my first time post about my drawing. Im drawing in manga style and not clever enough on digitally drawing because I have no pen tablet. But I keep trying on it, here is my latest digital coloring.

This is how I drew it manually. With some drawing pen and colored it with Copic. Unfortunately, my cream color Copic is running out and cant colorfully the face.

Im looking for my soft and hard pastel but cant find them. So I tried to color it digitally. My scanner is broken, so I took it from my phone and transfer it to laptop. orz

This is the result. Im using Adobe Photoshop CS4.

Add some Snowy brush too. :)

I went to Japan Kingdom of Characters last Saturday at National Gallery with my college friend. I were lucky that Cosplay Jakarta also held gathering event and we are free to do cosplay photoshoot around the venue. I took some pictures there.

Not satisfied enough because there are not so many figures and I know bad quality photos. I took all the photos by my iPhone. And its my first time taking pictures of figures on an event. Its quite hard because the pictures hanging around the wall and the box of glasses makes you arent able to take pictures from any angle.

Its not like my previous post, this is a review of my dinner experience at Tugu Kunstkring Paleis, Menteng, Jakarta.

Im not good on wrote a review, pardon my bad.

Short history of the place, it was Dutch immigration office back then before Indonesian freedom. Then changed to be Buddha Bar, but refused by people and now being Tugu Kunstkring Paleis, art gallery & restaurant.

Tugu group is well known with their vintage Indonesian themed Hotels & Restaurants, such as Loro Jonggrang, Dapur Babah and others.

Soekarno Dining Room.

Capacity 20 seats. Well you will also find Soekarno room in Tugu Hotel Blitar.

These overall foods&drinks I bought.

The cost is quite expensive, I bet it target marketing is for high class level. But its worth with the nice place, good serving and great taste.

Menara Saidah.

One of my favorite tower in town, but unfortunately have been shutdown because of some construction failure. Its not so tall but you can see the tower from quite far.

I dont know the name of the building, but nice.

Im not using black white effect, its the sky colored lke that.
